ITALIAN STYLE CHEESE RAFTS
Ingredients:
1        cup real mayonnaise
1/2     cup finely shredded cheese
1/4     cup ketchup
dash of oregano

Instructions:
Combine real mayonnaise, shredded cheese, ketchup and oregano.  Using one slice of bread per sandwich [raft] place any meat you choose to use on one piece of bread covering the filling completely so it remains moist.  Broil about 4" from the source of heat until the topping bubbles and browns.

This tastes good on roast turkey, veal, pork, lamb, or pepperoni.

Yield: 6 servings

COMMENTS: I did make this a long time ago but haven't made it recently ~ I think it had a taste similar to pizza.  I think I might have to make it again.  :)
