BUBBLY BROILED CHEESE RAFTS
Ingredients:
1         cup real mayonnaise
1/2      cup finely shredded cheese

Instructions:
Combine real mayonnaise and shredded cheese.  Using one slice of bread per sandwich [raft] place any meat you choose to use on one piece of bread covering the filling completely so it remains moist.  Broil about 4" from the source of heat until the topping bubbles and browns.

This tastes good on turkey, chicken, or beef.

Yield: 6 servings

COMMENTS: This sounds real tasty but I haven't tried this particular one that I can remember.  Hmm I think I might have to make it [again?] soon.  :)
