Ingredients:
1 egg white, unbeaten
2 tablespoons milk
2 1/3 cups sifted icing sugar
2 squares unsweetened chocolate
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/3 cup chopped nuts
Instructions:
Mix egg white with milk. Gradually stir in icing sugar. Melt chocolate and add to sugar mixture with vanilla, beat until well blended. Stir in nuts. Spread on buttered pan or platter. Chill until firm, cut into squares.
Yield: 18 20 pieces
COMMENTS: I think I have had this but I am not positive but I do remember the icing sugar as an ingredient in one that I had so this must have been it. It's hard for me to remember because my favourite fudge is Maple flavoured. :)
