LACTOSE FREE DRINK
Ingredients
4         ounces tofu
1/2      banana
3/4      cup pineapple juice

Instructions:
In a blender, combine drained tofu, banana, and pineapple juice.  Process until smooth, takes about 1 minute.

NOTE: This drink is meant to be a lactose-free recipe. However, if lactose is not a problem for you, try substituting plain or flavored yogurt for the tofu.

Yield: 1 serving

COMMENTS: I haven't tried this drink yet but I have heard it tastes delicious.
