Ingredients:
1 can salmon, drained, flaked and bones removed
1 c sour cream
2 tbsp chopped green onions
1 lemon
1 tbsp fresh dill or 1 tsp dried
1/4 tsp salt
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients together, squeezing the juice of the lemon into the bowl. Mix well and chill. Serve with carrots, celery or other crunchy vegetables or with crackers. Refridgerate the unused portion.

COMMENTS: You can use light or no fat sour cream in place of regular cream and you can also add a diced green pepper to this recipe if you want to. This is als a great snack. I really have to try this one!!
