CINNAMON SPREAD
Ingredients:
6      slices toast
1/2   small tub margarine
2      tsps cinnamon or to taste
2      tsps sugar [you may substitute brown sugar or 2 artificial sweetners]

Instructions:
I usually take a small half tub of margarine and use it for cinnamon spread.  Mix margarine, cinnamon and sugar together.  Spread the cinnamon mix on hot toast and watch as it melts in.

Yield: 3 servings for this recipe but really unknown

COMMENTS: Mmmm-mmm yummy.  This is great for a tasty breakfast or even a snack.  The unused cinnamon spread is kept in the fridge and has almost as long a shelf life as regular margarine does.

I have also used this mixture on cinnamon buns that look rather bare. hehe
